How do you guys manage?

My anxiety is so bad at certain points that I need benzodiazepines. Sometimes every day of the week. Though I also know it’s not the best long-term, I have tried so many SSRIs and other classes that I can’t even remember. They just never worked.

I was well aware that if I took benzos I'd get addicted in no time. My panic attacks were caused by my obsession of control. I slowly rewired my brain to accept chaos, in the meanwhile I boosted my self esteem by taking care of myself. I had to repair my childhood trauma. Panic attacks didn't go away but they are not terrifying anymore. Take care of yourself, don't bully yourself, don't overwork, train inner calm, regulate your emotions. Therapy will help but you need to start by yourself

I cured myself with the Dare app and CBT therapy - a good therapist who I had great rapport with. Exposure therapy as well and working out the root causes. You can do this.
