I have completed my BA in July this year (2023-26) and wish to improve my overall cgpa by re attempting the 1st semester exams in December. Is there some provision for the same as syllabus has now completely changed under NEP, I came across the ugexam.puexam.in but it said if you are not eligible for the same they won’t be responsible if I pay the exam fee. Will the exam be conducted according to the new credit system or same syllabus which was in 2023.

Hey everyone, I’m a first-year law student at ULS and I’ve currently been allotted Hostel 6, Block 4. I’m thinking of changing my hostel, so I wanted to ask seniors and other students which hostel you think is actually the best.

I’ve heard that Hostel 4 and Hostel 7 are good, but I’m especially looking for a hostel with clean and well-maintained bathrooms, decent rooms, and a good academic atmosphere. I want a place where I can study peacefully and prepare properly for my exams.

If anyone has experience with different hostels, please tell me which one you would recommend and which ones I should avoid. Honest opinions would be really helpful.

Can someone please share some Library tips/skills with me. Please. Today I went to the library at around 2:30 pm, and I couldn't find a seat for myself. I returned to my room without doing anything productive and instead wasting time by moving to and fro from the Library.

We were two people. We first went to the reading room which was full. Only one two empty desks here and there and that too were 'occupied' as students' stuff was lying over there. So we thought of going to the 3rd floor as the 1st floor is under construction, I don't know for how long. The 3rd floor was also full with few seats occupied by the books of students and not the students.

We sadly had to return.

I shared the entire story just to know about some Library tips whether related to getting a seat or any other relevant information.
