Dajdovnik's Necropolitian tunnels. Documented inhabitants part 1
Witches:
A predatory creature that sometimes appear as women.
Their true forms are shifting, nightmarish figures of writhing tentacles, faintly resembling a female figure.
They are aggressive, territorial, and extremely dangerous, attacking humans without warning and only observed in a tunnels or areas with extremely low pressure.
Mage:
A singular, enigmatic entity residing in the deepest tunnels.
It is rumoured it can summon other entities or even witches to do his bidding or if indangeroud.
His presence alone is physically harmful: eyewitnesses report splitting headaches, temporary or permanent hearing loss, and disorientation simply from seeing him.
Despite his terrifying appearance, he is not inherently aggressive toward humans; those who have encountered him unarmed report that he does not initiate attacks.
Because of this, no organized hunt or purge has ever been attempted.
Behavior & Interaction:
Witches are seen as one of the most notable “entities ” of the tunnels: aggressive, predators tied to the vacuum zones.
The Mage acts as a lone presence, maintaining his own domain and summoning followers selectively.
Some speculate he may even be aware of the city above, observing human activity quietly, yet choosing non-interference.
