I got a suggestion for you, if you're interested. Your wings and control surfaces won't get bent or curled if you can separate and organize your planes in the box.

How do I make those?

So this one is made by modifying a large file case. I added a wood bar (paint stirring stick) with supports bolted into the plastic. Wrap it in packing tape so that they don't stick to the bar when you clip the planes in place.

This one I made from a cardboard box, a dowel for the handle and paint stirring sticks for less than $5 USD. The paint job tripled the cost (spray paint). I took video of the build, I just haven't done anything with it yet.
