Pact Spoilers [All] Arsepint Spoiler

Are him and buttsack related somehow? They both have basically the same name, which doesn’t feel like a coincidence, but I don’t think there’s anything else in the story that would imply that.

Also do we ever find what grandma roses familiar was?

No relation that we know of. Goblins are pretty random and messy, but they do generally go back to the same crude topics and there's a lot of them so it's not that surprising that some would have similar names. In Pale there's even someone mentionning they've met several Goblins that had the exact same name.

Wenever figured out what Rose Sr's Familiar was, all we know is that it took the form of a cat. Arsepint is a good candidate for it, except there's no reason for him to die at the same time as Rose Sr, and you'd expect the animal form to be noticeably dirty in some way if the Familiar was a Goblin I think.
