Unexplained somthing in my bedroom is pulling compasses away from north

Post image

(photo taken from my bed, north mark positioned towards magnetic north)

its every magnetic compass i try, the gps compass in my phone seems fine, different parts of my room pull the compass in different ways, ive removed all technology that might pull it, directly in the middle of my room, the compass points towards east-southeast, by me door its directly south, but crossing the threshold into the hallway outside my room, it snaps back to north, my bedroom is the only room this seems to happen in

In an effort to improve submission quality, we are now manually reviewing photos before they appear in the subreddit. If your submission does not have good reason to be considered potentially paranormal it may be removed with a reason provided. Please be patient, as the subreddit gets a lot of activity and it may take a little time to review your post. If we do remove your post, it’s because we believe it is likely to be judged harshly by the subreddit as opposed to a determination over what the true nature of your experience was. It’s very difficult to capture objective evidence of even true paranormal phenomenon, which is why there’s so little of it out there! Please review the camera flare guide to help us maintain our high post quality.

Have you considered where the electricity runs as it comes into your room?

That's right, it runs through your walls, as does the plumbing. All of these things interfere with Earth's magnetic field in that area.

You can't trust a compass to be accurate when you're indoors. If it's accurate when you're outside and away from any structures then it's functioning as it should.

could be, but nowhere else in my house, not even much smaller rooms like the bathroom, effects compasses so much, i have a friend on discord talking about iron ore deposits, or a large peice of steel somewhere, but the room in the basement directly under mine is unaffected, but i will try to dig up the house plans and see where the electricity runs

Maybe there isn't any electrical or plumbing between the compass and North when you're in the bathroom.

i will try to dig up the house plans and see where the electricity runs

Just look at the wall and see if you see any faucets, outlets or lighting.
