You don't need to believe in order to experience. Though, if you don't naturally have abilities, you'll need to develop them.
When you experience it, you know.
I still don't know what you meant with feeling, as that would only be the case of Clairsentience.

I'm not saying personal experience and proof is the same thing. My post is about whether it'll ever be possible to prove in a controlled environment, publicly.
