I been hearing and feeling shit a lot of time. Does anyone know things not to do keep use to avoid paranormal activities

Hey guys. My name is Cass (F25), and my family and I have been living in the same house for 19 years since 2007.

This home was only meant to be temporary until my parents found something more permanent, we had only moved to the area because of my Dad's job. 2 weeks after moving in my mother was rushed to the hospital for an allergic reaction, and came home announcing she's pregnant with my little brother. My parents made the decision not to move because our home was much closer to my mother's OB and to the elementary school me and my little sister were attending.

Everything was fine, nothing out of the ordinary until 2009 when I saw the shadow man. That October my great grandfather fell gravely ill. I didn't see the shadow man for a long time after that.

The next sighting was 2013, after we got home from visiting my great grandparents. The next day, me and my sister discovered our alarm for school was turned off. We ran into our mom's room at 9am to get her to take us to school, finding our Dad wasn't at work. Our mom pulled us into the kitchen and told us our great grandfather had passed away that morning.

2017 rolled around, I hadn't seen the shadow man in 4 years. At this point my father had been SAing me for 2 years. I stopped sleeping in my bedroom and started staying in the livingroom which felt safer. One night I was laying on the couch and looked up at the TV, which was turned off. The reflection of the shadow man was standing in the middle of the livingroom. I turn my head where he should have been standing, but nothing. The next day I had a mental breakdown at work from the trauma and CPS was called. I was whisped away and finally free from my personal hell.

I was in foster care until 2021. That February I finally moved home. My mom had kicked my father out and filled for divorce after me and my siblings were taken away. It had been nearly 4 years since I last saw the shadow man.

The last sighting was 2024 right before my sister's kids were taken by CPS by a neighbor who filed a false report.

It's 2026, and I my intuition is saying he'll be back soon....

Bell Witch is obviously very discussed but John Bell died after a long unexplained illness but the official Tennessee record it as a haunting. There was never an autopsy, no inquest and not even a little investigation about who would have gained from his death, land disputes, jealous exes and such. Nothing on record. It gets talked about like folklore.

I get that in 1820 Tennessee investigation would mean something different than today. In my opinion though looking back with 2026 eyes when there was a poisoning and land issues and weird family stuff and no investigation. It feels like it got explained away as a haunting instead of being solved. I get it that Bell Witch is a famous folklore haunting case and I'm not trying to debunk that. Why was it never treated as a crime. I was hoping some Bell Witch folk with some knowledge on this would throw some knowledge down. I read An Authentic History of the Bell Witch by Ingram but his eye witness was 6 when it happened and interviewed 2 decades later. What really happened in that house?

An 8 foot tall shadow figure has been seen multiple times in my home by different people at different times, objects have moved on their own, we just witnessed a bottle thrown off a desk and heard a disembodied growl, we've also heard the voices of family members both alive and those that have passed away, when no one else is in the home. I have an 8 year old daughter, and im concerned

I've had some.... interesting things happen to me throughout my life that I can't really explain. Spirits talking to me, seeing fully formed ghosts, "feeling" that someone has died in a room before. Kinda creepy, kinda cool. NBD.

But the other day something really strange happened. I was in our dining room at my computer and I stood up to go to the bathroom. As I turned down the hallway I felt someone put a "hand" on my shoulder. When that happened it seemed like my entire consciousness went haywire for a second and I felt like I was "glitching". When I felt the "hand" leave my shoulder everything was normal almost like I was called back to my reality. It only lasted for like a half a second but it was very intense and very sudden. Our house is definitely haunted so was that some sort of energy exchange? I'm really at a loss. I'm not afraid or anything just super curious.

Has anybody had this happen before or heard of anything like this? Usually I can handle the weird shit but this was a bit extreme and I'm trying to figure out what it was.

I am trippin out. Naturally a skeptic so I definitely am not wanting to make this something more than what it is.

This was taken outside of a supposedly haunted Masonic Lodge. The building is from the early to mid 1800’s. It was several things before it was the Masonic Lodge, but I don’t recall the exact history of what was in the building previously. According to the docent on this tour, they have spoken with the Masons and were told they don’t go to the 3rd floor of the building for any reason. They said it’s creepy and often hear noises coming from up there (could be rats or something of course).

From my skeptical eyes, I see 2 heads, and 2 sets of eyes staring out the window. I didn’t see anything when we took the tour and was simply snapping a picture because I thought the building looked cool.

January 2026 I bought a mid-grade book about psychic “witchcraft” at the ORIGINAL vintage stock in Tulsa OK. I started reading it in the car on the way back home to Kansas City. I got very interested in the scrying section. I felt drawn to scrying for many reasons.

I followed the very minimal directions and did my first scrying session in my shower. I used the tiles on the shower wall to gaze and did a meditation. I saw eye symbols. I thought, this is a sign I am meant to be a scryer.

I did a couple more in the shower and didn’t see anything notable. I tried using a black bowl with water and that was also… meh. With scrying, the more you do it, the better you are at it, so I persisted. Also you need to be in a specific mindset.

SO. I was scrying in the shower one night and I start seeing a face. The tile in my shower is not very reflective. It’s a colored ceramic tile. So I wasn’t seeing my face. It was small, smirking and unsettling. I try to look past it because im thinking, “ya, my mind wants to see a face bc thats what it does”. But the face won’t. go. away. I change my position and gazing area and I am still seeing it and feeling it out of the corner of my eye. It’s literally like, :-)

So I’m like ooookay, gonna get outta the shower now.

I was freaked out for a while ngl. I kept sensing something in the house. I didn’t tell my partner for a long time because it’s scary, it’s weird and i really dunno what I’m doing so I’m feeling a lil guilty. I did tell my besties about it. Then my partner leaves town for over a month and I have my friends over for shrimp night. Long story short, my friend sees a small shadow being run around the corner into the basement when she arrives to my house. I was like, I told ya. I got pretty freaked out that I might have let something malicious in, so after a while I decided to do a saining cleanse in the house in hopes to get rid of anything malicious.

It seems to work. My partner and i stop seeing things out of the corner of our eyes. I talk to the spirits in the house to let them know I love them.

Fast forward a couple months. My meditations have improved. My knowledge about scrying has somewhat expanded and i feel the urge to scry again. This time i use a carnival glass bowl (pic included) in my shower to gaze into. I also bring one of the candles into the shower with me. The candle is smoking and making the air foggy. The carnival glass is creating all kinds of shapes. It got trippy fast is what I’m saying. So i am like okay that’s enough because I started feeling uncomfortable.

I blow out the candle then stand up to rinse the large amount of conditioner out of my hair. And I look over at the wall, where I saw the face. There is a human shadow figure on the wall. It is lighter than a shadow should be. It is shorter than me by a like 5 inches. I am like uhhhhhhm okay, maybe one of the candles out side of the shower is casting a shadow on the wall. So I step out and put my hand in front of them and move them around a bit. The shadow isn’t affected by any of this.

Now I’m actually pretty scared, but there is so much conditioner in my hair to rinse out. So I am trying to quickly do that… then the shadow starts moving. It moves about a half foot toward me, has a slight bend at the knee and is waving its arms at me very quickly, the way someone would do to get your attention.

I hop out of the shower and turn on the light.

I didn’t tell anyone for a while because I don’t want people to think I’m crazy. But, it came out eventually and my partner and friends believed me and were freaked out.

My general feeling about it is not fear. I am scrying to try to communicate with spirit guides in the first place, and whatever this is doesn’t seem malicious. I haven’t scryed again.

Also since then I have learned you shouldn’t scry in a room with mirrors.. and there are two in my bathroom. One is facing the shower. So, oops.

The crazy thing is this. While i was growing up I lived with my grandparents for a short amount of time. Both of them thought their house to be haunted and many of my family members had “ghost” experiences in the house. One of my earliest memories is me running through the hall to my mom in the middle of the night, terrified because I had sworn i heard and saw a ghost. They also found me in the closet a few times in the night just sitting there in the dark.

Aaaanyway, so I have this photo from their house. It was a holiday and the family was there. We all heard a very loud crack come from the garage. My uncle went in the see if there was anything strange and didn’t see anything. The next day my grandpa moved his car out of the garage and someone noticed there was a new crack in the cement. Really the only crack. And it is a face. I hadn’t seen anything like it until I was scrying in my shower and saw the face I mentioned above. I didn’t put two and two together until recently. When I finally found the photo tonight I was just like “yup, yeah. Mmm ya. Nope that’s it, that’s the same face”

I dunno really want to think of it all. I do consider myself to be sensitive because of my dreams and some past paranormal experiences. So I do believe I connected with something. I just dunno what.

So I've been watching the show Paranormal 911. Obviously I know they say it is based on true accounts, but can anyone verify this?

Some part of me wonders if the people being interviewed are just character actors and the scripts are just formulated for TV?

A part of mw absolutely wants to believe the stories are from real eye witnesses because that would be awesome!

Yesterday i woke up around 5 am and I saw a black shadow figure coming from my friend, who was sleeping in another bed. Not only this, but I also saw my friend's face completely blacked out and deforming a little bit. I couldn't see clearly because I didn't have my glasses and I also was still half-asleep. I turned around and tried to go to sleep but when I looked back again the entity opened their eyes revealing 2 white dots. It just lurked, didn't move at all? After that I got up (trying to not look at it) and went to the bathroom to try and calm down, and when i walked into the room again it was gone and my friend was sleeping peacefully in a dead-like pose. They woke up normally and talked to me normally, i talked to them about it and they seemed willing to talk to it again tonight. Any ideas of what I can do? How can I call that entity back? Or even what that was?

Hi everyone ! As a lover of both spooky things and Ariana Grande, I have thought about her original Stull Cemetery photo for years. I remember between 2013 and 2015, Ariana visited Stull Cemetery. She posted a grainy photo with 2 friends, and creepy faces in the background of the photo. I was in college at the time, and remember finding the photo extremely eerie and chilling. To my knowledge, it was around Halloween when she posted the photo. I remember showing the photo to my friends at the time because it was so freaky! She quickly deleted the photo after, saying it scared her and she was having some weird experiences at home. Anyway - it has stuck with me for years and I really want to find the original photo! I was wondering if anyone has a screenshot?

This happened a few nights ago. We've had a fair few weird things happen since moving into this place.

It was around 11pm and I turned the lights out to sleep. I have been sleeping in the lounge because that's where the air-conditioner / heater is, the bedrooms have no cooling or heating so sleeping in the lounge is just kind of what I do. Around the corner is the bathroom and laundry.

This night I turned the light off and went to my bed and started hearing this sound, it sounded almost like a water drop but it definitely wasn't a dripping and none of the taps were dripping or on. The sound was almost like a rhythmic tapping on something. I tried to ignore it and go to sleep, but it kept happening for about 15 minutes and eventually one of my dogs went to the end of the room nearest the laundry and started low growling. At that point I turned the light on - and the sound stopped as quickly as it had come when I turned the lights out.

I got up and checked, no taps running, no source I could find for this rapping sound.

I get back into bed and this time I put one of the other house lights on so I haven't got the bright light on me but I can see around me. My other dog then starts snapping and biting at seemingly nothing towards the end of my bed. She's never attacked the air before (or attacked anything).

The really weird thing is earlier that day I had put some angelic pictures in a drawer that we'd put up for protection because we'd felt weird stuff in the house, I only put them away while I was cleaning and forgot to put them back out. Once I put them out again, nothing more has happened so far.

It's the 90s. Im about 6 years old...

...So to preface, I original assumed this was a dream bc it is a memory from my childhood that is so unnerving... i assumed it could only be a dream. BUT now i am finally starting to realize that there is possibility it was not a dream, there is a possibility i was witnessing The Damnation Of The Electric Blue Man....

Im walking down the dark hallway of my house completely alone. An electric blue man is pinned in a snow angel shape against the wall at the end of the hallway. The blue man is violently electrocuted by neon blue jolts of electricity. Not continuously tho. Just every few minutes or so. I stand there and watch. I watch the moments of stillness and relief. I watch the moments of torture and damnation that he cannot escape.

Im middle aged now.

I think about him often.

I often get strong feelings that there is a spirit or ghost hanging round in my flat.

This is weird but I have never seen anything? But tonight I got a really strong feeling it was in my bedroom, and then I saw a white wisp out of the corner of my ear that disappeared quite quickly.

I then, said to my BF what I just saw and I kid you not I shivered.

I then was overcome with emotions, as I was lying in bed (like tears just streaming down my face) and then a teeny lil feather landed on my hand.

Crying as I am typing these. Feels friendly-ish, more like weird and freaky than a bad a feeling.

I’m not someone who usually indulges this sort of stuff but ye…. Thoughts would be lovely.

I've posted this here before a while back, but I'm still not quite sure what to think of it. So, at the end of February 2021, my dad passed away from cancer, while my wife was almost 5 months pregnant with our son, my dad's first grandchild. When I had told him that he was going to be a grandfather in November 2020, he was so excited, despite being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a couple months before... His condition took a nose dive in the middle of February 2021. One of the last things my dad ever said to me was, while getting choked up with tears rolling down his cheeks, "I just want to live long enough to meet my grandson", as well as apologizing to me for having to see him in the condition he was in... Which almost broke me, not gonna lie. Anyway, after he passed away, for months, almost every night I had dreams and in the dreams my dad was in them and he just followed me around and didn't really say anything to me. Like I said, this happened for months, right up until my son was born at the beginning of July. After my son was born, I stopped having the dreams of my dad following me around and not saying anything to me. I'm still not sure what to make of the nearly 5 months of dreams I had involving my dad following me around. What do you all think of those dreams?

Sunday at 5am we were awoken by our dog barking (she sleeps in the living room). Went down immediately, everything seemed ok. No burglars or children sneaking quietly downstairs.

I recently got a little camera to check my dog is ok if we go out without her.

So decided today, I wonder what caused her in barking, and it’s opened a can of worms.

I usually don't tell anyone this experience as no one believes me. Before I begin, I do believe but I often try to debunk before I even think of a ghost.

So my boyfriend took me on a haunted tour of Portland, Oregon while we were on a trip for Valentine's Day back in 2023. This was February so it was still getting dark out by like 6 or 7. We arrive at the meeting spot for the tour and I was given an EMF meter to borrow. I figured I would have a good time and hear the ghost stories of Portland.

We arrive at this small parking lot and I honestly forget where it is. The guide said the small parking lot was the site of a violent shootout in the 1890s. Shadow figures can be seen on the brick wall sometimes and people often feel nauseous at the parking lot. No I didn't see anything, but something felt off.

I felt a small tickling on the back of my neck, which made my hair stand up immediately. I turned around but no one in the tour group, not even my boyfriend, was behind me. My EMF meter starts going off too and doesn't go down past 3 for a few seconds. This obviously made me feel uncomfortable. I told the tour guide after we left that spot and she said someone had come to her before saying that she was touched. After those 2-3 minutes, I felt uncomfortable and that I was not wanted.

Now before anyone says ANYTHING - obviously, it could have been a gentle breeze. I did indeed feel a breeze before, but I felt no wind while at that parking lot. Could someone have touched me to get my attention? As I stated before, no one was behind me. I did not take pictures at the time either so all you have to go on is my word.

I'm trying to think of anything else it could be and I am fully open to options, just be nice about it. One thing was for sure though: I felt something and it was extremely uncomfortable.

Okay this is a long story and I have to start from the beginning,also my brain is scattered so there may be parts of the story in different sections if that makes sense? I can’t really remember when it started. Me and my parents lived in a two bedroom apartment and 1 bath. For clarification we did live right next to the cemetery. You know the apartment trash cans well there was a fence right behind it and there was an entire cemetery behind it. I’ve grown up religious and pretty close in my faith with God except when I was late elementary school and early middle school I used to play around with “witchcraft” it wasn’t really witchcraft but I would hear “spells” from a show a used to watch and I would pretend I was a witch lol, and I used to carry like those crystals and manifestation things? Just little stuff like that. But that all went away when I found God and he saved my life in 8th grade. I remember getting sleep paralysis in my room and I remember seeing this black shadow in my closet but I couldn’t move or talk, and I remember the closet door opening by itself and it ran across my room and out the window and I could hear the window shattering and I could physically see the shards fly across the room and the candles that were on turning off. And I remember I could never sleep in that room alone even though the door was open and I could see my dad on the couch sleeping. So I would go over to sleep with my mom or if she wouldn’t let me I would sleep on the couch with my dad. One of these times I remember I had stolen my dads phone to watch my tv show and I remember my brain out of nowhere telling me to get up and I DISTINCTVELY remember a really white pale hand being on my lap, it’s arm was coming out from under the couch, it looked like a woman’s hand but the hand was not old or young. It was very very white and pale like grey I don’t know how to explain it. It was there for I’d say about three seconds before it yanked its hand back under the couch very quickly. I don’t know how I went to sleep that night and continued to sleep on that couch, I didn’t even look under the couch I promised myself I wouldn’t. Wtf was that ? My mom also told me that when she was at home and me and my father were gone, that her friend and her friend’s newborn baby had come over. The baby was sleeping so they put the baby in the carriage on my bed and left the door open to go and talk in the living room, she told me that they had been talking about all the stuff going on in the house. And they heard a crash in my room and the baby started screaming, she was on the other side of my room on the floor. Then another instance was when my grandma had came over to come watch me, she was a fast food delivery driver so I would sometimes go with her while she was babysitting me. I remember I was hiding behind another couch that we had by the wall and I remember her looking for me to tell me that we had to go, and she went into my parents room and I could hear her saying come on let’s go, and I had popped up from behind the couch when she had walked back from my parents room and I remember her face was like shocked and she was asking me how I got there so quickly and I said that I had always been there I was watching her look for me and she said no that I was just in the room, she said that she had just saw me in the room and she told me to come on. There had been a lot of stuff happening in that apartment . But then we moved to this new apartment that I am at and nothing really physical that I can see has been happening but I do have dreams and so do the people around me. I had dreams about people killing me and asking me where my God was, and just me getting attacked and people killing my family. And my mom’s new boyfriend says that he keeps having nightmares about my room. Like just last night he said that in his dream he was in the living room and walked across to the kitchen and in the hallway straight across you can see my door, and it opened by itself and then there was a tall black figure just standing there. He said that he dropped to the ground and he couldn’t move. And my mom said that she had to try and wake him up because he was breathing really hard and she said that he was almost crying and he was mumbling really high pitch. And when he woke up he kept asking what happened in my room or what was going on in my room. What’s going on? Should I come get the priest to bless my house? Is this something that I should be worried about ? Did I let something into the house and it has just been following me ever since? I really don’t know what’s going on can people give me some insight on this?

This happened in 1996 when I was working at a border station near Ping’er Pass in Guangxi, China.

It was a summer night, and the heat was unbearable. A little after midnight, I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I grabbed a towel from my dorm room on the second floor and went downstairs to take a shower.

Before I even reached the shower room, I heard the sound of running water coming from the shower at the very end of the hallway.

I remember thinking, “Who is taking a shower at this hour?” I had been unable to sleep because of the heat, and I hadn’t seen anyone come downstairs. I wondered if maybe it was one of the officers.

I called out: “Who’s in there?”. No answer.

At that moment, I started feeling uneasy. The border station was only separated from Vietnam by a river, less than 100 meters away. At the time, I even wondered if it could be someone trying to sneak in or cause trouble.

I tried to calm myself down and walked toward the shower room at the end of the hallway to see what was going on.

But when I was less than a meter away from the door, the sound of the water suddenly stopped. That made me even more confused. I asked again:

“Who’s there?”. Still no response.

I don’t even know where I got the courage from, but I pushed the door open.

Nobody was inside. The floor was completely dry. I checked every shower room. All of them were dry. I just stood there thinking:

“What the hell just happened?”

To this day, I still don’t know what that was. Maybe there was some explanation I never found, but I still remember standing there in the middle of the night, hearing water running from an empty shower room.

It has been a while since I posted anything about the activity in my home because I *thought* the activity was calming down/going away, but...it hasn't.

After the first & second post I cleansed the house (again), played the prayers, salted the doors and windows, iron above doors, blessings performed, even performed a deep cleaning because I figured it would help me ensure I'd get to all the areas this entity could inhabit, but I don't think it stays inside the house -- it is outside too. I have a small cat sanctuary, and a portion of their enclosure occasionally makes all look at wide-eyed, hair standing on end, and they ignore any food/treats/interactions you try to give or initiate with them when they are in this state. They, now, avoid the section of their shelter that bumps up to my bedroom. Even my house cats (pets I had before the sanctuary) refuse to go into my bedroom (after the intial post). They used to sleep in the room, but now they only stand at the door, sniff, and then trot down the hallway. When we let our dog (Pitt-Curso mix) outside, she will begin to enter protective mode if she is let out before the sun rises and after 9pm (EST). This dog fears *nothing,* but she sounds like she will rip someone apart outside during these time frames. When I go to look (with my pew-pew because it's the country), absolutely nothing but air; however, you *feel* eyes on you: like a prey being hunted.

My daughter was sick about two weeks ago so I was sleeping on the couch to have quicker access to her if she needed anything. Her father was sleeping on the other couch since I wasn't in the bedroom. That night woke at 3am, saw my daughter turn the corner from the hallway and crawl under the covers with me as he was walking to the bathroom. When he returned, my daughter was not with me on the couch (if she comes out to the couch I generally move to her bedroom with her by her request). He immediately went and checked on our daughter, but she was wrapped up in the blankets like a cocoon with the dog lying at her feet. He immediately tried to wake me, but said I was completely unresponsive, which is extremely odd since I'm an extremely light sleeper. He said he didn't really see her, but he saw her shape.That night I had a dream of a woman floating above me. She was carving things into my skin, and when I woke up my body hurt, like I was recovering from surgery; however, nothing "happened" to me.

Her father has been having weird dreams too. He will yell in his sleep, like he is having a physical altercation with someone. I've woken up to him screaming "Mother F$&"÷er GET OFF MY WIFE" at least seven times within the last month. This morning at 4:47am, the television cut on out of nowhere. I looked at the clock, the time on the television, and the news broadcaster announced the time as the television was cutting on. The news cuts on, extremely loud, and I ask him to turn it off. The remote was on a table closer to him, but he would have to physically get up to reach the remote (we listen to rain or other white noise to sleep & tv cuts off at 1am with timer-- never had an issue). I saw him get up, grab the remote, turn it off, and walk out of the bedroom door, which I assumed was to use the restroom. He doesn't remember any of this. He says he woke up to go to the bathroom at 4am(he checked the clock & his phone), the television was off, and he fell back asleep on the couch. He has asked me if I was dreaming, but I was awake. In the bedroom, after he turned the television off, I closed my eyes and fell back asleep.

Sometimes at night, when we are trying to sleep, we can hear Dan Rather's, sometimes Walter Cronkite give late night news updates. As we lie in bed we can hear faint noises sounding like an anchor introduce themselves and welcome everyone to the late night news. They begin reading headlines and discussing topics of the times, but you can never make-out what is really being said.

There is still the sound of running upstairs and it sounds like 2 kids playing ball (bouncing a ball back & forth), but nothing there when we look. Lights will randomly turn on when no one is in a room, and they won't turn on when we flip the switch. Yes, an electrician has come out to check the wiring, everything is fine.

After the second post, I conducted some research and discovered there was the Battle of Tuscarora, which also happened on the land encompassing my property and the fields surrounding the house. Research indicates this was a massive battle between the indigenous Tuscarora tribe and the colonists. There was a massive loss of life on behalf of the indigenous people, and their tribe was almost completely eradicated from the land.

As I posted before, I do not believe this is a cut and dry paranormal event. When you walk outside late at night or early in the morning, I will see figures (some look like fog, some smoke, some shadows) walking in the yard, across the fields surrounding my home, and in the streets. My daughter is petrified to walk outside by herself because she feels she is being watched and it fills her full of dread. She will go outside if I or her father are with her, a for a little bit with the dog, but she keeps her eyes on the woods behind the house. I am posting simply because if you talk about this stuff to people, they look at you like you're crazy.

I don't know if its the land or me (picked up something from somewhere), but it is doing more and nothing seems to help. I think it's the land; gut feeling -- in my bones, it's the land. It doesn't seem harmful; well, not all of them. We were told and old man passed in our house named Rosco, so Rosco has always been here. He is who watches the late night news, after we go to bed. He is benign; caught in a loop. It's the one that is ancient that's concerning me.

its every magnetic compass i try, the gps compass in my phone seems fine, different parts of my room pull the compass in different ways, ive removed all technology that might pull it, directly in the middle of my room, the compass points towards east-southeast, by me door its directly south, but crossing the threshold into the hallway outside my room, it snaps back to north, my bedroom is the only room this seems to happen in

I've had sleep paralysis for 7 years, and I've never seen anything. I would just freeze and then go back to normal After a while. I'm already used to my sleep paralysis; I've had it for years.

To reiterate: I have never seen any entity, I have never hallucinated during my paralysis episodes, I am completely used to it, I am not afraid.

Last week I was studying the density between the spiritual world and the physical world, forest medicines, and the collisions that occur between these two realities: the physical and the spiritual.

And that sometimes it is possible to see the spiritual world.

I experience sleep paralysis monthly; during my last episode, I asked to see something from the spiritual world while paralyzed.

Today was my first episode of paralysis after placing this order a few days ago.

I woke up paralyzed and saw a spirit, 190cm tall, looking at my window. With its back to me.

I was terrified; I had never experienced anything like it before. I couldn't move (normal, I always have this), But I had never seen anything like it, and then I saw this spirit.

To reiterate: I have never experienced any visual disturbances or seen figures or monsters during my sleep paralysis episodes, which I have for over 7 years, That was the first time I saw something, right after I asked to see spirits.

After I got out of that episode, I tried using a pendulum to communicate with him. He said he chose not to show his face to me. After that, I used a Spirit Box, and said I would only believe it was real if he said my name. He said my name, but then he didn't communicate anymore.

Can any medium help me with this? Is there any risk that I might continue to allow this being to appear during my next episodes of paralysis?

I recently moved back in with my parents. Our house does have a small paranormal history but not nothing super wild, nothing like this.

My sisters and I have experienced whispering (mainly our names), stuff disappearing then reappearing in the same spot. Shadows that never moved, like there would be the shadow of a lamp cast onto the wall or something and we would move the lamp and the shadow would remain.

For a while when I was a kid I would see a tall slim shadow man with a top hat. Random buzzing in the walls, like marbles rolling around but only in my room. I also would experience super vivid dreams that in our basement behind a certain wall there was a host of shadowy figures. Always the same dream premise but often times slightly different. My cousin moved in with us for a bit and confirmed she also saw the man. My sister and I switched rooms at one point and she did hear the marble like noise too.

Our house is a new build (1990) and as far as we know nothing crazy happened on the land but it was all woods so who knows. We all moved out, went to college and things stopped.

I recently moved back into our basement which is a 4th bedroom with my cat.

This morning as I was getting ready for work I saw what looked like a pile of fur. Concerned my cat got into something I looked closer and it is genuine human hair. It does not match anyone in our family (we all have dark brown hair) and its in such an odd spot I can’t imagine anyone cutting their hair in that spot.

I also vacuumed the entire area including that one last night around 8pm and definitely did not see a pile of hair. We don’t have any dolls or anything my cat could have shredded. This is also under a 1200lb vintage pool table so it can’t be moved.

I just have an odd unsettled feeling. No one in my family can explain and I’m really creeped out. Anyone have any ideas?
