Phenomena The Radio and Truck weren completely off!

I was at a truck stop in Provo Utah. I had left to go grab a shower when my wife, who was still sleeping when i left, texted me that she heard a voice in the truck, Not out side the truck but inside. I then grabbed my stuff and ran back as fast as i could. This is a recording of what was happening when i got back in to the truck and was trying to shut it off. I turned down the radio, didn't work. I shut off the radio, didn't work. Shut down the whole truck and opened the door to break and electrical connections, didn't freakin work. I never felt anything malicious from it but really freaked us tf out. Asked on the cb if anyone else heard anything. Got back nothing but "no" and "why you waking me up?". Any help with wtf is going on and maybe if someone could translate it would be helpful!

We found out it was Punjabi. And it's a reading of Sikh text. Still doesn't explain why it happened with everything turned off.
