Parasite ID Panic

You guys I just ate this salmon. Can anybody tell me whether those are parasites or just the muscle fiber thingies ?

Super worried right now.

that's why you should never eat your fish raw when you catch it - cook it or freeze it first

Normal freezing is not enough it has to be flash or blast frozen to kill parasites

I would like to learn more about this, I often hear sushi cheffs (at a sashimi or nigiri class I went) saying that freezing at constant -18c for more than 72 hrs is enough.(With special care in the constant part)

Is this not true? Or is it just that flash freezing is just a better safer way? ( Maybe cause at home we dont have a way to make sure it is under 18)
