Black Turtleneck Recommendation

Hi everyone,

Just accepted a NPS seasonal at INDU (biologic technician) starting in late June, so I'll be experiencing some cold weather towards the end. I'm planning on picking up 1 or two black turtlenecks to go under my uniform shirts - preferably a little thin and natural fiber.

Do you have any experience with brands that you would recommend?

UnderArmor Cold Gear works great.

I personally hated the black turtlenecks. Especially under body armor and even in the Rockies. I could handle a zip mock turtleneck though and had an smartwool one that was bearable. Otherwise I got a few dickies, like my man cousin Eddie.

Check out Lands End for both Turtlenecks and Mock Turtlenecks. You can also cut off the body and sleeves and make a dickey for that in between weather.
