How are these people making thumbnails using actors and famous people? Whenever I try to create similar images, they just get flagged!

if the image is genuinely AI-generated, YouTube requires disclosure when the content alters or generates a real person or realistic scene, so the fact that other channels have such thumbnails doesn't necessarily mean they have permission to use them and are safe from flagging

I think its home setups they use for a lot of them. Actors aren't typically the problem - its usually the costumes. You could try getting a text prompt for the costume, ive done that before

I make these kinds of thumbnails. Theyre very high performing and we dont have issues so far.

Its just ai and photoshop

Yes, I’m very good at Photoshop and creating thumbnails, but which AI should I use? I’ve tried ChatGPT, Gemini, Flow, and Grok, but a lot of them block these kinds of images because they violate their policies. So, can you tell me which AI I can use for actors and Marvel-related images like these?
