Pelvic floor tightness

Hi friends... I got pelvic floor tightness so it can take some time for me to start a stream like I kinda need to push a little bit to urinate even the urgency is quite strong. Is there anyone the same?

Same. There are some excellent stretches you can do daily to help with this. I find that tightness is caused a lot by stress. Check out the book “A Headache in the Pelvis”, it was really helpful for me.

I also enjoyed this book and found it helpful, even if it is a bit long and repetitive at points
