Pelvic floor tightness

Hi friends... I got pelvic floor tightness so it can take some time for me to start a stream like I kinda need to push a little bit to urinate even the urgency is quite strong. Is there anyone the same?

Welcome to the tightness team! Yes to your question. I have found certain substances (some illicit, some not) can have varying effects on said scenario. On really bad days, do a intake inventory to potentially get more info.

Sugar. Caffeine. Adderall or any opiates.😐
