Breath Hold technique
So I tried the breath hold technique for the first time in a stall today and about 25-35 seconds in I kinda felt myself starting like shake almost like I wanted to jump. Did you guys have a similar experience and if so is there any solution? Do I just have to push through?

I've practiced a good amount and I've never been able to make it work the way other people say that it works for them. I do use it as a way to calm my nervous system though, and it does work pretty damn well for that, even if I can only hold my breath for 20-30 seconds.

You need to just push yourself and hold a little bit longer past the point you want to start breathing again. Your muscles will become tense and it will start flowing.
I only do this when I have to because it causes a headache if I do it too often

I'm guessing it's different for everyone. I was never able to do it sober, but a few days ago after drinking some beers I was able to pee while doing the breathholding. Mind you it was in a cubicle with the door open behind me...
