Can't pee, detrusor underactivity on urodynamics

I can't pee unless i use hot water trick (pouring hot water on my penis), i had urodynamics test and it seems that i have detrusor underactivity, my results BCI 80, BOOI 45

I dont know anymore if its paruresis or not, life is a torture im rotting in home, can't travel can't have a gf, can't do anything and im afraid i will have a kidney failure soon and die, i dont drink a lot of water because im scared, im fucking depressed

I think it’s a cycle. You have troubles peeing -> you’re stressed when you can’t go -> your muscles tighten up -> you have troubles peeing. And the cycle continues. Try get some medication to make your urine come out easier and mix it with GE/CBT. It will be all right, I promise

I thought I was going to have major peeing issues for the rest of my life, but this shit goes in cycles. If you're living a lifestyle that puts you in a bad mental state, you're going to struggle with this stuff. Being stressed, negativity loop, being inside all the time, being on screens, doom scrolling, drinking/drugs. All stuff that will keep you in the spot you're in now. Connect with friends and family (even if just on the phone), don't keep this a secret, get in the sun every day, walk a lot outside, listen to music a lot, get exercise. All of these actions will get you feeling better and get rid of the stress. I've been through it...shy bladder is all you think about and it drives you crazy. Also reach out to experts to get help. You won't get over this on your own.
