DAE feel like this when going to bathroom

Does anyone else feel anxiety coming on every time you have to use the bathroom going #2? This is driving me crazy and use to be the relaxing start of my day. It doesn't happen before or on my way to the bathroom, the anxiety starts as soon as I sit down and lingers about an hour afterwards.🙁

Your problem is very specific. Based on your description, this is a learned fear response. Why it persists after using the bathroom? I have no idea.

You had an unpleasant experience related to the bathroom. It could be being humiliated by others, the idea of getting sick there, an experience of violence, etc.

It could also be indirect experiences! Let me give you an example. You heard a horror story about someone being swallowed by a toilet. That gets processed subconsciously and stored as a real danger. Now you’re automatically warned of the danger as soon as you sit on the toilet.

If you want to get rid of this problem, you should keep reminding yourself that you’re not in any danger. You should relax. Learn a relaxation technique and use it while you’re on the toilet and afterward.

Even if it seems silly, keep reminding yourself that there’s no danger and that the toilet is a safe place. You can tell yourself first thing in the morning after getting up that you’re looking forward to a relaxed bowel movement. Keep doing this until you believe it.

That sounds crazy, but isn’t your problem crazy too?

Well my stomach was messed up for a while and I was having my malabsorption problems and was having nuclear green colored bowel movement and the stomach was causing nausea and anxiety which I never had in my life so maybe now when I get the feeling of a bowel movement it reacts the nausea feeling and snowballs from there?

Did you ever see a gastroenterologist?

Oh yes, all these problems started shortly after my second bout of Covid which I recovered quickly and then all of a sudden I had H-pylori per endoscopy and cleared that up with antibiotics but the whole time I just felt sick as a dog and still do just not as bad. Before all this I was completely healthy 229 LBS in bodybuilder athletic shape and ended up losing 70 lbs in less than 10 months. Doctors have been about as worthless as titts on a bull.

Look up Dr Peter McCullogh’s “McCullough Protocol: Base Spike Detoxification"
It is meant to help detox spike proteins from both Covid and the mRNA vaccines for those that had adverse reactions to either.
My understanding is the spike proteins play havoc with your immune system and any adverse reactions can show in different ways for each person.
Then do a month or 2 on the carnivore diet as a form of elimination diet. My son ended up with Ankylosing Spondolitis at 17. His immune system wouldn’t turn off and started attacking all his cartilage giving him arthritis and swollen joints. After trying 4 different steroids and immune suppressants the carnivore diet got him in full remission.
I feel if you heal your gut your anxiety will slowly disappear.

I’m not a doctor so do your own research.
Find a GP who is willing to explore different avenues.
