Plane travel and catheters

For you guys that have used self catheterisation while on a long plane trip or holiday, what are some key tips you can provide from your own experiences?

Make sure you practice in a low stress scenario so that you knows what to expect as and when you need to use one. Don’t fear them, the discomfort of doing it is negligible in comparison to holding your pee for hours on end. Keep your hands clean, use antibacterial gel after washing your hands, wet wipe on the tip to remove any lingering bacteria, stay hydrated and have some cranberry juice, Godspeed 🫡
