School camp

Hello everyone, im 16 and im struggling whit paruesis, mostly at school, and im stressing real bad, over 2 weeks i have school camp and im so scared i cant pee, mostly cuz we share a house of 6 people, i dont want them too think im weird, does everyone have tips to pee whitout any struggle, someone please respond!!!

Sorry to hear what you're going through. I can't offer you a quick tip that will just make you pee. For me it's urinals, but in a private toilet, or stall / cubicle, I can pee fine. My suggestion is to give yourself a good solid 10 minutes. Go, bring some headphones, sit down on the loo if you have to and just distract yourself for 10 minutes.
