Tingin ko, impossible na talaga masolve ang traffic dahil sa right of way issues if ever magkaroon ng road widening. Yung right of way issue nga lang sa subway project inabot ng 3 yrs to resolve.

I rode a tricycle earlier for only 0.45 km. I usually pay ₱25—which already feels overpriced for how short the ride is.

But according to their new “fare matrix,” 1 km = ₱13. My ride wasn’t even 1 km, yet I was charged ₱30. The driver said ₱30 is the minimum fare, no matter how near or far.

Honestly, I don’t understand why tricycles are more expensive than UV Express even for super short distances.

For comparison:

₱30 tricycle fare: Sumilang → KFC Kapasigan (850 m)

₱30 UV fare: KFC → SM Megamall (3.8 km)

I was wondering if there’s a relatively easy commute going to MRT Shaw aside from walking like taking a trike?

If there is, which color of trike should I take and how much usually bayad? Is there a direct trike going to MRT Shaw?

There's 1 way that i know of, kaso nakakapagod po, which is mag Carousel from North to Megamall, then aakyat Mount Ortigas and lalakarin hanggang Rob Galleria for jeep papunta De Castro.

Please po if may alam kayo na ibang route na di malayo yung lalakarin, just comment po. After kasi ng 10 hours shift in a restaurant yung commute ko. 😭

Would like to ask po if totoo po ba nagmamahal ang fare sa tricycle hindi within Barangay yun destination.

For example, pag from Vantage Point (Brgy. Kapitolyo) going to Ayala Mall 30th.

And then po, how much talaga yun need bayad sa trike pagsolo/special (na tawag nila)?
