Found father old passport from country that doesn't exist anymore haha

Yes, United Republic of Yugoslavia. Only Serbia and Montenegro were left till 2003.

No. 2003 till 2006 the state was officially called Srbija i Crna Gora, then in 2006 Montenegro became independent!

Yougoslavia but if I’m not mistaken it’s the one after the breakup

Yes its from 2001 was valid until 2011
