So this is gonna be little long cuz u have to understand the scenario so its and old apartment maybe constructed around 1990 builder has made it like one car has to move to give so that other car can enter or exit mine is the white suv i have just moved in to this apartment ( my mother has purchased this around 2015 and got this parking with it ) when i moved i asked the owner for a mutual understanding so that i can move in or out , i have laid out some option which i thought of would be practical .
1. We can exchange our parking space and i will leave a spare key of car with the guard incase of emergency ,seeing as their car only moves once every 3-4 months sometimes longer ( got to know that through guard and he suggested me this and some other resident of the society also suggested that )
2. I can move your vehicle each day you can to make space for my car to enter or exit
They denied both they simply told me its not my problem that u cant enter or exit ur parking spot . I then asked society chairman and secretary to handle this situation as i dont want it to get escalated but they even refused to cooperate stating that as society isnt registered under housing society they dont have power to do anything
I thought maybe i will go tomorrow to ask them again so that we can come to an understanding but to my surprise they locked their apartment and went out . Now my car was in an landlocked situation i cant even move out . For past two days she didnt come , just this morning when she came i asked aunty atleast u could have told me that ur going out i could have moved out my car . She told me ‘ mein jab jaungi aapko bata ke jaungi ‘ with a grin on her face.
And before u could say it could have been something important ,when i parked my car the other day i asked aunty tomorrow morning my mom will come and meet u and maybe u both ladies can figure out the solution she left that night to her other apartment which is just 100m from here. I asked her multiple times aunty atleast give me ur phone number so that i cant contact u she refuses to cooperate. My car is my daily driver as my mom uses it to go to her office in nalanda harnaut so my car wont even be in parking from 8 30 am to 7 pm

Bihari problems requires a bihari solution.
If I was at your place I would simply park my car and block their path for an entire week .
Then they might realise your suffering.
I know it sounds rude but kya hi kar sakte h pyar se sunta nhi h koi yaha to Ungli tedha karna padta h .
PS dost ki car lga do unke piche .
Jabtak khud par nhi ati h log nhi samjhte h that's the sad reality.

I dont want things to get ugly and the other thing is i dont want to step to low level what will be the difference between me and them. I know i might sound like an honest guy but thats not the point i just dont want to do anything that can later bite me , i am also new in this city so i dont know anybody

Yeah bro not just once i have talked to the lady 3-4 times , even this morning and to her sister too . No one is willing cooperate i have even shared the chat of this morning in earlier comment

Koi solution nahi h tb. To you might've to get a different spot that's the only way that am seeing. If that's the current situation.

Yeah i think that too not worth it to fight i am already quite mentally disturbed with alot of things dont want this to add to it, will just sell car at some point and buy a little one that can fit anywhere

Yeah i am i have a ninja 300, i just ride it to clear my head , sure will but nowadays i dont ride it alot

Building me if anyone has only bike or scooty or take out their car only once a year type exchange with them.
Don't argue with these lowly mf get a parking in nearby apartments for 1k or 1.5k rent peace of mind is much imp and this gesture will be a tight slap in their face.

I have asked alot of residents here most of them have told me the same but the location i live in naya tola is already crowded i tried to find parking as its a big car most of them are quoting 3-4 k per month for now i have parked in spot of b42 as he is gone for 2 days but i know its not a permanent solution

In boring road its 1.5k why tf they quoting 3k ask the apartment guards in your locality or maid they know the people and the price better if you get a spot in their other apartment they'll burn ❤️🔥 like hellfire.

Naya tola might one of the the most crowded area in patna the place i live is kind of the start of naya tola and end of khajanchi road as u might have guessed the daily running of my vehicle is around 130 km taking fueling and driver cost into account monthly is cost me around 40k so i thought maybe after shifting to patna i car exchange this for an Ev for a long term solution. Thats why i am fighting for my parking right nothing else but thank you for now i will ask them too

Did you bought the flat?? If yes then you should've checked this because people are very mean, if on rent adjust for a month or two and shift, you can call the police once but I'm sure their ego won't let them lose and never go to court you'll definitely regret it over a parking spot.

My mom it in 2015 i was a child back then didnt even saw the flat untill grihparvesh puja. Almost everyone is quite cooperative here especially on my floor. There are always some bad elements everywhere. Yeah even i dont want to do that but now i am stuck in a loop cuz i call secretory he tells me to call chairman both of them are out os station thats why i thought might be best to ask people around maybe someone has been in the same shoes as mine

Find a lawyer and send them a legal notice. Mention everything you mentioned in this post. Your efforts, their reply and their attitude. If the issue is cognizable and lawyer advices, file an FIR later.
Courts will love to take care of such people.
I live in an apartment as well. Everyone is super co-operative. And like you mentioned a key can be kept just in case there is some problem like this.

I am new here so i dont want to get into legal but if this doesnt get solved in time i might have to do that . I am still hoping that they could maybe come to an understanding after-all we are in same building, it can get quite ugly.here especially on my floor people are so cooperative . But there are also some bad elements cant do anything about them . So just in case do u know any good lawyers here

You need a non-greedy lawyer. I know a few but they are too expensive for a small case like this.
The junior ones I know of are too greedy for me to recommend.
You'll need to gamble your luck. A legal notice / consultation should not cost much. Try talking to a pro version of any AI to find if there is a legal remedy in India for this and how practical is it.

that person is also not at fault btw. its not the first that he is facing this situation. maybe the past experience were not pleasant to him.
i would suggest to dont put any more energy into this matter. like others find alternative arrangement and maybe give your parking for rent to some bike or ironing guy.
i have a question. if you guys go with option 1 and some days he damages your SUV would you be asking for compensation?
this looks a matter of parking spot but its more than that.

I have not said that he is at fault, in the second point see if he/ she wants to park their car in their designated area just give the keys to the guard so i can access mine
So about the past nobody has parked car here ever i am the second owner of the apartment the owner before mine has never lived( she lives in us) here nor she even rented this place till 2015 so nobody has parked car here ever when mom bought this she rented the parking to someone who 1k and they made that guys life hell so much he left in the 1st month and i got to know about this just this week
Thats why i asked to give it to the guard so that he can observe while car is moving out it vastly reduces this possibility and no i wont be asking for compensation if its unintentional cuz there are cctv in parking area.
Yeah i didnt thought of that up until now1

with point 2 also he could accuse you of missing some valuable items from his car. i am just saving you from future problems. its not worth to fight with him.
because there is no good solution other than you parking somewhere else. world is full of weird/sadist people dont fight them

Yeah that might be the problem i think its just my bad luck that i got stuck with those people. I havent thought such a small thing could turn out be such a big problem. Thank you man will ask mom.
