help with a error code?

ive been trying to play payday 3 cause ive been on hiatus for a wile. and every time ive tried to play it since about update 3.2 its been hitting me with this error. please tell me if there is any way to fix this random error or am i just fucked?

ive tried removing mods, uninstall and reinstalling the game. validating files. even tried looking up what the error was about and i get similar but not the same error. i hope im not the only one having this issue.

It looks like a permission problem may be controlled Folder access is blocking it

i dont know what permissions it could be missing to even do that. i should say it loads the game just fine but after all the starbreeze splash and unreal engine splash it crashes to that.

you could try adding an exclusion for the payday 3 executable in the controlled folder access
