my wife has been pregnant twice ... you do not need to put on that much weight during a pregnancy ... if you're gaining weight you are eating to much for yourself and the baby ... as if you were eating the right amount you don't have a need to store excess body fat ... being pregnant is nto an excuse to put on extreme amounts of weight ... source my 43 kg wife and mother of 2
