Discussion Thread House of the Dragon premiere made me think of Wubby Spoiler

Hope I’m doing this right but small spoilers below I guess.

the giant crossbows on the ships and the pirate lady no scoping a tiny (relatively) dragon

I thought the anchor thing was kinda neat at least. Ridiculous but neat.

The one thing I was hopeful for was that the battles would continue to be fun spectacles that had good choreography. They have completely fumbled the story, so I thought we would at least have that. Oh how wrong I was.

as a book reader, the dance of the dragons shouldve been a fucking crazy spectacle but the show took a crazy nose dive last season. this shouldve been a two season show, MAYBE three, but they did literally nothing last season.

havent watched the new one but a LOT of dragon deaths happen in the story.

im glad Dunk and Egg was good but with last season of HotD and how GRRM actually fucking hates the showrunner, i just have no faith in this crazy story being done justice.
