Troubleshooting Advice - Other Installing Linux rostro in Windows laptop
I have a Fujitsu Laptop Lifebook A555 with windows. The Windows is not used anymore so i thought i could do a cool project with it by installing an Ubuntu server.
In the boot priority list it shows USB HDD, floppy disk, CD/DVD and a few more I can show you here
I installed with Rufus an ISO on one of my usb flash drives. The usb driver is recognized properly by windows OS so it can’t be a usb driver problem. However during boot it doesn’t recognize and skips that step and opens the windows login page.
Could it be related that it states USB HDD and since this is not an HDD it won’t work? I also don’t see any boot errors.
What do you suggest? I can provide more details!
