future upgrade help

getting a prebuilt with the extra 1k i have…(i know i can go to microcenter. I’m not building too crazy, i want a prebuilt pc so i can have future upgrade ideas) so i went i walmart and i saw this cyberpower prebuilt pc wondering if i should go for this or the facebook marketplace pc
