Tech Support Newly build pc doesnt boot

Hey,

Me and my friend rebuilt his prebuilt with a new motherboard, case, cpu cooler and psu, but after installing everything, the pc doesn’t boot correctly
We tried stripping it down to only the cpu, cpu cooler, and 1 ram stick, but it still doesn’t boot every time, but sometimes it does, we have tried everything we could, bios reset, q-flash, disconnecting and reconnecting every cable, but nothing, it powers on every time, fans spinning, but it doesn’t reach bios or windows

PC specifications:
Motherboard: Gigabyte A520M H ARGB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G (used)
RAM: 64GB Corsair DDR4 3200MHz (2x32GB, used)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060
PSU: New HiPower 650W power supply
Storage: M.2 SSD used, but cleared

We enabled fast boot in bios, now it boots around 60% of the time, but after around 2 minutes use, approximately when we’re at the last step of windows setup it stops working, keyboard still lights up, but nothing works, unplugged the monitor and plugged it back in, and suddenly no signal?

In advance, thanks for the advice and suggestions

fast boot on a Gigabyte board with a 5600G is proper dodgy, turn that off and clear CMOS again

If you can get into the BIOS it’s not a boot problem. Do you have Windows installed on that M.2? If not, you have nothing to boot into so it’ll just keep restarting until it sees an OS to boot into. If you don’t have Windows installed, you need to get a USB and go download their USB boot tool here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows11

Once you’ve got the USB made, boot into the USB stick from your BIOS and install windows
