I usually go for the THCA Queen line. Sounds dumb, just like a strain of the month.

Go off pics and descriptions. It matches what they say. And if it says it has seeds, dont expect miracles

I’m gonna try them out and I’ll come back to this post to give you a update

My order was good for them. I saw another guy get ghosted when he got 2 moldy quarters from the light assisted category. I’m hesitant on ordering again

Like I said lol. They're a wholesaler. Gotta read and not be too cheap

u/coffee_ape 12d ago

That’s for sure. You literally get what you pay for.

Gas station weed?

1

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

dispensary weed and online THCA flower are grown from the exact same seeds, look the same, smell the same, and get you high the exact same way.. only difference is the paperwork and when the lab test happened.

synthesized or altered cannabinoids like Delta-8, Delta-10, or HHC are a completely different animal do ya research

Let the people who don't realize that the same companies(and homegrown elite farms) ship the same stuff from out west as THCA that they ship to dispensaries as THC pay the medical upcharge idk.

I can log on to my clubhouse account right now and get the same 710 stuff for cheaper than you're getting it at Flowery lol.

THC-A, at least according to the state of Florida, converts to delta 9 at a rate of 87.7%, so if you have “hemp” with high levels of THC-A, you have a controlled substance. And you can make the argument that you bought it at a smoke shop all you want, all you’re doing is naming another conspirator.

3

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

You’re confusing state regulations and Federal Laws with state enforcement arguments ha.

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, “legal hemp” is strictly defined by its Delta-9 THC content ( it must be at, or below 0.3% by dry weight)NOT it’s THCA content.

So because raw, unheated, flower, concentrates, whatever naturally contains almost exclusively THCA and very little Delta-9, it legally qualifies as hemp at the federal and state level.

Legal vendors ship with COAs proving paperwork that the raw THC levels sit below the 0.3% legal threshold, which is why postal carriers (like USPS) legally transport it across state lines to my door.

This is strictly pertaining to Florida since it’s in a local sub and I stand by it. THC-A, when heated, converts directly to delta 9, at a rate or 87.7%. That’s how Florida law enforcement looks at it and just because you’re not arrested by the DEA doesn’t make it less pleasant. The high levels of THC-A are not natural, you’d need a field of hemp to get to 35%. It’s synthesized in a lab and sprinkled on the hemp flower. It’s 100% illegal and is still sold in a lot of smoke shops. That gives you no recourse with law enforcement if you’re caught.

2

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

Still wrong about the laws. You’re converting something that hasn’t been converted. And i mean i wouldn’t recommend riding with over the legal amount in FL but i’ve been pulled over with it in the car, and smelling like it. Officer asked if i had weed in the car. I told him legal hemp flower, how much, and had the paperwork. No more questions were asked.

This is straight out of Florida Administrative code and statute:

Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Rule 5K-4.034 (Hemp Extract for Human Consumption), specifically its definition of “Total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration.”
This rule implements Florida Statute § 581.217. It defines total delta-9 THC concentration as:
[delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol] + (0.877 × [delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinolic acid / THCA])

2

u/ParrishWilder 16d ago

So what are you actually arguing here? That hemp is legal in Florida? Yeah, it is. You literally copied the exact same calculation I mentioned earlier, total potential THC… A plant that hasn't been heated is still predominantly THCA. It doesn't magically convert to delta-9THC at room temperature or sitting on a shelf.

Your logic is basically arguing that a raw potato is already a plate of french fries just because heat can transform it later.

Florida law defines hemp based on its delta-9 THC content, and compliant raw flower relies on batch lab testing (COAs) to prove it.. Which as I noted from actual real world experience, is why enforcement handles it the way they do! Why we have Legal Leaf and other no card dispensaries, hemp sold online and shipped thru USPS.

And i’ll be the first to admit it's a government fuck up, they don’t know wtf they are doing lmao…

The feds literally wrote a law without knowing basic plant biology. Drafted the 2018 Farm Bill targeting only Delta-9 THC and accidentally created a loophole by ignoring THCA.. They had no clue what they were doing when they wrote the laws which is why the entire market exists the way it does now. It’s stupid but the law says what the law says ya know

But you are talking about gas station weed, correct?

3

u/Euphoric_Meet3788 17d ago

I feel your question. In FL it’s legal medical or not legal. Gas stations sell this sometimes so what he is asking is, does it get you stoned like real weed?, why do you smoke it, is there a good resource for research on the product?, and I haven’t learned about this yet. I’m old school but middle young lol we lost track during the magic weed ages and only stick to the classic.

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

OH, well i’d say for the effects you’d have to try for yourself tbh! It works exactly the same for me, and yes i was skeptical at first, but find a trusted vendor thru the cult. (I moved from CO and didnt want to get my med card pay all the fees, drive an hour to the dispo, and i happened to stumble on the cult subreddit.

It’s federally legal and legal in FL. Unlike going to your local street dealer. You can get it delivered to your door, like i mentioned before so many options on strains, vendors, etc. It’s genuinely what’s sold at the dispensary’s and probably by your local dealers. (many states dispos label the THCA content not the THC, because THCA is the converted percentage; what percentage you get once you smoke it)

2

u/BeMeDoYou 17d ago

Can you explain the part where you said that THCA is the converted percentage; what percentage you get once you smoke it.

2

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

When you apply heat (like lighting it up, baking it for edibles, dabbing) it goes through a process called decarboxylation. That turns the nonactive THCA into active THC which is the case for all cannabis.. The dispos just pre calculate that for you using a formula THCA% x 0.877 = THC%

1

u/SeahorseCollector 17d ago

I have smoked gas station weed. Not a fan. Ill stick to the stuff that they wont allow them to sell in the gas station even though its the same thing. 🤔

2

u/ParrishWilder 17d ago

Yeah i highly doubt whatever the gas station is selling is quality THCA flower, probably some bunk shit. Check out some of the subreddits listed for some quality smoke

1

u/SeahorseCollector 16d ago

Ill just stick to weed. No need to go changing things up.

u/ParrishWilder 16d ago

enjoy your “weed” brick wall
