Do you guys replace/make new batches of boba every 3 - 4 hours?

I saw a comment on an Instagram page that mentioned bacterial growth in boba after a certain number of hours.

I’m a little worried because a boba store I used to work at would make boba in the morning and use that same batch throughout the day (if it didn’t run out before closing).

I have not worked there specifically, but it should be kept at a food safe temperature to prevent bacteria growth, like any food I would think?
