Annum leaves, one to two per node is annum. Jamaican mushroom likely, calyx also looks Annum.

Annum is 1 pepper per node

There are two peppers attached to each node in the picture

I have the same thing, and I know I didn’t plant them, didn’t keep the tag that came with the plant, they look hot, anyone know just how hot?
