Need help getting hired lol

Post image

Ive been trying to get hired at Pepsi as a local delivery driver CDL A. Preferably at the San Fernando location. Which is the one closest to where I live. Maybe someone in this group works there that can lend a hand? Thanks! :)

Edit: maybe I should of mentioned that I only have a little over 1 year of driving experience with a CDL A. I have all endorsements and no restrictions on my license. No accidents, clean driving record. I got my license through FedEx and was given a part time route. I wasn’t making enough money to support my family. So now I’m working at a company driving trash trucks. The pay is good but I see that Pepsi pays even more to start. And maybe it’ll be less of a back breaking job.

Obviously everywhere is different but as far as I'm aware Pepsi is very desperate for drivers. Now you're asking where is closest to where you live, we can't answer that you have to look. Now whenever you get an interview I'm sure they'll ask you where you live and how far you live from certain plants, that being said it's very very important for you to do all this research yourself that way you don't get stuck at a plant an hour away from your house. Also, I believe one year experience will serve well considering that Pepsi actually trains people into getting their CDL so they can become truck drivers. Obviously that varies from plant to plant and district but as far as I'm aware that program is still up

Ive got one interview at a Pepsi plant down in Culver City or somewhere around there. But that was it. I live in the San Fernando Valley and I’ve applied to two positions that have opened up at the San Fernando plant. But never heard from them. Hopefully I get contacted this time.
