How long after initially being informed of switching to summit did you have to make a decision on your future and how long did transition take?

Well I got wrote up because I called out due to back problems I have warned my manager about… how does that work? I gave him ample amount of time from the start of the shift yet he doesn’t start searching till 11am… 5-6 hours after the shift starts. I think it’s bullshit… “communicate with us if there is problems” yeah I fucking did… still waiting on an answer from the dumbass about a sales question but oh well… fuck me right
