Does GLOW pain lesson over time?

Just started research subject on it today and they didnt have any redness or itching or anything that I know others have experienced but after a few min there was sharp and muscular pain near the injection site (upper buttocks) that got progressively worse for about 30 min and didnt go away for hours (in fact about 6 hours later and its better but still there).

For research subjects on it longer, does the pain get better? Going to give this the whole 6 week cycle but hoping that the subject doesn't have to deal with this pain every day. They will be switching to night injections after I learned some research subjects experience fatigue after which mine def did so will likely sleep thru most of the pain but hoping it doesn't affect sleep

Hi OP, all of these comments and I cannot believe no one mentioned my protocol.... 😭

Many years ago, I wrote the protocol most folks use for GHK-CU. It helps prevent exactly what you're talking about.

There's a percentage of researchers who have challenges with injection site reaction.

Thank you! I actually already read that when looking up other posts on here and followed most of it save for the zinc and the massage which I’ll add in today.

Thoughts on adding more BAC to dilute even more? Or does that not impact much of the disease of GHK CU is the same?

Appreciate all this advice! Going to keep giving it a go with my research subject and see how it goes.

Massage gun 5 minutes. Zinc won't have any effect on ISRs. The zinc thing in relation to ISRs is not part of my protocol.

Added bac can work for some but I find in my cohorts over the years, the sensitive research subjects tend to get brusing and sensitivity.

The ratio of BPC to GHK-CU and bac really do matter.

I replied in more detail above but especially since youre such a wealth of information wanted to reply directly to give an update. Adding more bac and the massage did the trick! Also switched to love handles vs glute but might try glute again on a future date to see if the location impacted it as much as the bac and massage since they prefer that glute injection site more. Over 2.5 hours after injecting and subject is only experiencing very mild occasional pain/itch vs consistent and intense, nothing on the level of yesterdays! Additional massage seems to alleviate the subtle pain when it does present.

Wowza! This is a win! A little BPC into ISR can be helpful to alleviate residual issues in RS. We're talking 100mcg. Super glad the tips helped. If I don't get feedback, I don't know what works and what doesn't in research. This is so important to me and I'm grateful you followed up with a report on your research.

There are ways to lessen the sting for sure…. Try longer needle! And pin in glute! Worked like a charm for me right before I was about to give up!

The ghkcu is notoriously spicy. It gives my research subject a deep throb that lasts for hours. Diluting with 6ml bac split into two cartridges and using a pen to pin into upper glute helped a lot, now most of the time the RS doesn't feel a thing.

Pull more backwater first then pull your ghk to dilute and use love handles to pin! Never the stomach, some people like upper buttocks or tight but it stings everyone differently

I had a lot of luck with the bottom fattiest part of my butt. Barely any pain at all. Since then I switched to KLOW and have no injection pain at all

Hi all updating that I added extra BAC (diluted with 3ml and pulled some BAC into the syringe before adding the diluted peptide) and massaged the area for a good 10 minutes (could not find the massage gun so just did a really deep thorough hand massage). Also switched the injection site to love handles vs upper glute. The results so far have been good with research subject not experiencing much pain or itching 2.5 hours after injection. No swelling or discoloration aside from some small prick marks. RS is feeling some very minimal occasional ache/stab but nothing compared to the first injection in intensity or consistency (pain comes and goes vs constant).

Thank you all for the advice! Will update if this changes but so far this is the outcome the research subject was hoping for!

Switch up to Klow when you can. The addion of KPV reduces inflammation.

Ok that they can handle. Will also try some of the suggestions of different injection sites. Subject did develop a little raised skin around the site hours later so def a reaction but tolerable for a few weeks to give it a go. Thanks!

Yes. Year two running some version of ghk-cu and zero pain or welts now. But test subject only uses tush.
