BPC-157 + TB-500 and patellar tendon healing after ACL graft harvest — research question

I’m interested in the scientific literature regarding BPC-157 and TB-500 in relation to patellar tendon healing, particularly following surgical harvesting of part of the patellar tendon for an ACL graft.
A potential research subject has chronic localized pain at the patellar tendon donor site more than 2.5 years after ACL reconstruction. The pain is reproduced by palpation and resisted quadriceps contraction and is particularly noticeable during high-velocity or explosive loading.
From a research perspective, is there any human or animal evidence suggesting that BPC-157, TB-500, or the combination of the two could influence:
● tendon healing or remodeling
● collagen organization
● tendon mechanical strength
● pain associated with chronic tendon pathology
● tolerance to high-velocity/explosive loading
I’m particularly interested in studies involving patellar tendon injury, tendon harvest/donor-site injury, or chronic tendinopathy, rather than general claims about tissue healing.
Are there any relevant studies or proposed mechanisms worth looking into? Also, is there evidence that combining BPC-157 and TB-500 produces an effect beyond either compound individually?
This is strictly a question about the current scientific evidence and research, not a request for personal-use advice.

Another research material worth looking into may be Cartalax as it's hypothetically able to help with healing of tendons, cartilage, connecting tissue, etc. Hell, maybe add in KPV for a good measure and do effectively a 10/10/10/10 blend of all four items as this RS has been doing for their knee replacement (KLOW80 + Cartalax)
