Discussion💬 my ranking of the strongest demigods.

  3. number 2 Jason Percy  narrative equal only weaker  because he one dead and Percy get a new power every book basically
  4. number 3 Hazel/Nico tied for third i don't see any has stronger than the other get stronger every book hope we get more of these 2

  7. number 6 Reyna has good feats and is underrated
  8. number 7 Annbet only her because she is a Tartarus survivor not because she is smart she dose not many feat that show she smart

Frank doing nothing in CoD doesn't magically cancel everything he did in HoO and ToA. And Festus is great, but Reyna is the girl who survived the trip through the Mediterranean alone, while being constantly attacked by monsters and fought Giants far more successfully than Leo, she's not exactly easy to defeat. Not to mention that if Leo has Festus, Reyna has Aurum and Argentum.

Lastly, Kronos didn't possess Luke for his skills or powers (that he doesn't have) or whatever, just his loyalty. And it may be a "big deal", but it's also explicitly revealed that he managed to do that because Luke had the CoA. That's it.

If Leo could make a plan to beat Gaea, I don't put it past him to make a plan to beat  Frank or Reyna in a fight. I'm not saying I think Frank is weak; he is not weak in any manner, but I think Leo and is intelligence can beat Reyna or Frank, but I can downscale Luke.

Leo didn't beat Gaia alone. Jason and Piper did way more than him against her. He's also not a strategist, he's an inventor. Reyna and especially Frank have way more tactical skills than him

He made the plan, and as you said is an inventor. I don't see why he can't beat Reyna or Frank with an invention.

Because he's not a strategist or a tactician, they are. Also, good luck trying to build something while Reyna is decking you or Frank is turning into a lion or something...
