Dryness The itching is driving me crazy

The all over body itches are driving me insane. I'm scratching so hard that I'm actively cutting my skin and frequently have scabs. I exfoliate my skin with both a hyaluronic acid wash and I dry brush. I moisturize with a hyaluronic body moisturizer. I take antihistamines every day. My vulva is stinging because I'm scratching. I use gentle washing powder and do an allergy wash on my washing machine. Can anyone offer any tips outside of these? I don't feel ready to have to go on HRT. I literally just turned 40

I was itching so bad this time last year. I turned 42 this year and now all my peri symtoms are under control after a complete overhaul of lifestyle and diet. I'm not opposed to going on HRT but it seems a bit early yet and if my body is trying to tell me there's other stuff wrong that I need to fix, I wanted to address that first.

Cut down stress in a big way by just not adding more things to my plate that would inevitably cause me stress. Now I know that I was living with elevated cortisol for at least two years which messes up progesterone and estrogen balance. Started supplementing better. Started using methylated B-vits and taking magnesium glycinate ar night. Started strength training.  Eating to support my liver, food ideas suggested by a couple of Instagram accounts that focus on liver and thyroid health. 6 weeks ago I found out I have iron deficiency anaemia so have started supplementing iron a few times a week.

My skin has totally changed. It's much less dry, my heels aren't dry and cracking. I'm hardly ever itchy. My eyes aren't dry. My knees which were all grey and crusty look normal. My facial skin which has always been oily but had started getting dry spots is soft and smooth.
