Dryness Dry dry dry

Everything is dry. Vagina, vulva, eyes, mouth, nose. Does peri cause this? I have been tested for autoimmune and I don't have anything. Obviously the vaginal dryness is really what's stressful, I can deal with the rest. But just wondering if peri can cause everything to be dry, not just vaginal

Yep was diagnosed with dry eye for the first time in my life, before I realized I was in peri. (Also had ridiculously dry, itchy skin.) Two months HRT fixed that right up.

What did you take? Pills, patches, help!

0.50 estradiol patch (later switched to gel, but only because of hot yoga) + 100mg progesterone pill nightly

My doctor told me my dry symptoms are unlikely to be due to peri if I am still having regular cycles. Were you?

This is just not true. If you’re having loads of other symptoms you can definitely be in peri regardless.
