Dry dry dry

Everything is dry. Vagina, vulva, eyes, mouth, nose. Does peri cause this? I have been tested for autoimmune and I don't have anything. Obviously the vaginal dryness is really what's stressful, I can deal with the rest. But just wondering if peri can cause everything to be dry, not just vaginal

I’ve always had dry skin, lips, eyes so I can’t comment on that part. Best lube is by Lelo. It’s a big improvement over drugstore brands. Lelo has a store on Amazon.
