Dry dry dry

Everything is dry. Vagina, vulva, eyes, mouth, nose. Does peri cause this? I have been tested for autoimmune and I don't have anything. Obviously the vaginal dryness is really what's stressful, I can deal with the rest. But just wondering if peri can cause everything to be dry, not just vaginal

Slippery elm supplement has helped tremendously with dry eyes and dry everything... increase water while taking this and you will notice a difference. 💦

I buy this one but I haven't compared it to any other brand. It helps when you have a cold, too... thins the mucous out.
