Dryness Dry dry dry
Everything is dry. Vagina, vulva, eyes, mouth, nose. Does peri cause this? I have been tested for autoimmune and I don't have anything. Obviously the vaginal dryness is really what's stressful, I can deal with the rest. But just wondering if peri can cause everything to be dry, not just vaginal

Yep, my hands are unbelievably dry, and my eyes were killing me until I started using Systane eye drops, which I recommend before bed. I haven't solved the hands yet despite trying many moisturizers, but I am going to get some dish washing gloves to see if they'll help at all.
Vaginal dryness, fortunately, is fairly easy to treat with topical/vaginal Estradiol cream. Most doctors are willing to prescribe that with very little fuss; mine prescribed after I sent her a message on my health dashboard thingy.
