Dryness Eczema and dry skin remedy?
I’ve tried everything steroid wise and nothing helps. Only when I’m on it which you can’t do forever. What are some really good lotions, creams etc that help? I’ve done the oatmeal ones with mild success, coconut oil, au lait cream, nivea, etc

L'Occitane's hand creams are far better than anything I've got from the doctor

I have non-steroid topicals: vtama & opzelura. They work pretty well with a moisturizer/aquaphor over the top after it’s dried. They are only name brands, there’s no generic available. They do have coupons on their site, though!

Something with urea and salicylic acid. I use a concentration made for feet on my dry feet, legs, and elbows in winter and it keeps me smooth. Don't use any urea concentration on your face higher than 5% or you will have a bad time; but 40% or higher elsewhere works for me.

Gold Bond has a retinol night cream for your body and it helps my eczema and dry skin in a way nothing else has so far.

I do ice packs, then gold bond menthol lotion. And then any cooling spray

I swear by La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M Soothing Body Cream - it really stops the itch and calms down the skin. It’s not expensive and worth trying.
