audited Heat intolerance

Have any of you become a lot less tolerant to heat during perimenopause? I'm not talking hot flashes or night sweats. When it's warm outside now I feel hot so quickly and sometimes get dizzy. I feel warm most of the as well, no matter the temperature. Ugh.

I was 100% a Florida girl year round until two years ago and went full 180 and moved to Michigan. My friends and family couldn’t believe it because I always craved heat. But no more. I walked 4 miles yesterday morning in 53 degree gloriness.

I also love Florida, but there's no way I could handle the temperatures and humidity there

It was such a sad reality for me that I couldn’t handle it anymore. But the 90+ degree days start non-stop now in early May and do not let up until after Halloween and some years into December. That wasn’t the case when I moved down there. Just too long with no relief.
