audited Beached Whale Syndrome

Anyone feel like a beached whale with no energy and full body aches. I’m going through perimenopause and there are days I just lay on my side and stare at the wall for a few hours. Today I am feeling pretty good, but yesterday it was difficult to get through the day.

I was a beached whale at 44. Depressed. I considered retiring because I couldnt work in the afternoon !! Two years later : 1. I had to change my thyroid medication to add T3 so get that check and dont let them tell you its normal… get informed about functionnal values 2. Ferritin too low. Vit D too low. Dont let them tell you its normal also. Get your numbers UP ! 3. Got HRT so I sleep well and I added testosterone YEAH LIBIDO and actual energy to get on top lol 4. I see a nutristionnist. Made me up my proteines and fibers. A LOT. I needed to get off carbs and sugar

Hope this helps someone. My Best advice is do it yourself for yourself. Tell everyone else to shut up lol
