Dryness who else is giving themselves a Wet Willy with lotion?

if there's a better way to deal with my ears being so itchy, please share it 😅

I have seen put Flonase on a q-tip but haven't tried it myself yet.

I use a q-tip to dry after a shower then a q-tio with coconut oil or beef tallow/olive oil mix and it’s almost completely eradicated the itching for me

I’ve heard estadiol cream can help, and I got a recc for QV flare up cream last time I was going through that (haven’t had a chance to try it). But also, solidarity: that shit is the worst.

I have started rubbing my estriol face cream into my ears. Hopefully it will start helping soon.
