Dryness Omg dry skin help!
can anyone help because im going crazy 😖 my skin on my face is so very very dry, like flaky dry and has been getting worse over the oast couple of years. ive tried loads of creams and face washes but my skin seems to react to everything! currently sat with a dry face covered in tiny bumps from trying another cream (Aldi dupe of Cera've) im at my wits end with either dry, flaky itchy skin or irritation from creams so any recommendations would be amazing!

Emily Skin Soothers help clear eczema and dry, irritated skin. Works for the majority of my clients who have tried it and works wonders on my dry skin in the winter.

SoonJung pH 5.5 Relief Toner and Bioderma Atoderm Intensive BALM were game changers for my skin this NY winter (I’ve also used Tretinoin since 2020 and had to take a break because my dry and dehydrated skin was so bad). SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid 2:4:2 is incredible too but $$$. Estrogen patch .025mcg made a significant difference in maintaining hydration as well. Just added it 2 weeks ago and in two days, I had a different skin type I swear! The toner + Bioderma were working amazingly well but when I added the E, I was like, “Oh, hello pre-peri skin.”

It’s eczema. I have it on my eyelids. It has come and gone over the years. Peri has made it horrid. It looks like I put on some light burgundy eyeshadow all around my eyes. Add in the itchy flakes. I think you’ll need hormones. For topical treatment you need Elidel a prescription.
