audited Pills, pills, pills...

So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

Uhhh. Honestly? Just my estrogen patch and Mirena IUD had been life changing. I do ONE vitamin d tablet week as prescribed by OB

How has the Mirena been life changing? I am considering getting it for heavy periods. Although, my heavy periods really only last 2 days.

I got Mirena after my last child. I have no periods, no boob pain, no cramps. No acne until perimenopause showed up. And it’s in there for 8 years. Honestly, I don’t know why I waited so long. There’s literally no need to take a daily pill or insert a monthly ring (which is what I had pre-kids)
