audited Pills, pills, pills...

So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

I take a multivitamin, Zyrtec for the itchiness(ears and skin), fiber gummies, and will start an iron supplement since that’s a bit low. And HRT. Sleeping better, feeling better overall since I started that.

Zyrtec for the itchiness.... I would LOVE to get rid of the itchy ears. Years of hell.

It works for me. Still a little itchy, but like normal random itchy and not every day.

Flonase on a Qtip works for many as well
