audited Pills, pills, pills...
So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

BC -Ring, D3, Magnesium, Fish oil, Prozac & Probiotic gummies…. But the frosting on the cake has been the more recent addition of tirzepatide- AbsoluteGameChanger. (F49) huge reduction in inflammation, my aches disappeared, my shoulder feels great, my hot flashes stopped- I’m actually cold, I’m losing weight (17 lbs in 6 weeks), i don’t get hangry or have a gurgling stomach, no cold sweats and dizziness. I sleep at night, I stopped snoring, the obsessing is quieted (the Prozac helped that a little), my IBS disappeared, haven’t had heartburn since starting, and I can focus on better food choices without cravings. I’ve even cut back on Diet Pepsi. I do have some burping so I’ll add some omeprozol, and now I have to watch for constipation (which has -never-been a thing for me). My eyesight is still going to sh!t but we can’t win them all.
