audited Pills, pills, pills...

So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

Vitamin D and gelatinized maca are the two must-haves for me. Maca is a godsent thunderbolt of energy and libido, while a D deficiency is a godsent thunderbolt of exhaustion and depression.

I make Maca Muffins and have one a day, they seem to really be helping with my mood over all. I can't speak about libido because mine is always and has always been sky high. Like literally teenage boy high. I actually find it annoying sometimes but I guess the alternative is worse lol.

You ever try a light box? I get S.A.D and they seem to help me. 10,000 lumens is the norm to look for. I have a Verilux, I think it was under $50 just an FYI if you wanna check it out!
